In the Web Content selection, uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows.Uncheck the Block pop-up windows box, which will allow. Under Pop-up Blocker, UnCheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker. Navigate to the Permissions section in the Privacy & Security panel via Steps 1-3 above.
